What we collect
When you send a trip inquiry, we collect the contact and travel details you choose to provide so we can respond and plan appropriate services.
How we use it
Inquiry information is sent to our private backend so we can answer your request, verify travel services and maintain necessary business records.
Analytics
If you accept Analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure page use and a small set of controlled interactions. We do not include inquiry contact details or free-text answers in analytics events. Google may process device, browser and approximate location data under its Privacy Policy. You can reject Analytics on your first visit or reopen Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw consent.
Storage and access
The production service keeps inquiry data in a private database schema with restricted server-side access. Browser users cannot read or write directly to the inquiry database.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting contact@waytochinatravel.com. Final retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights will receive legal review before launch.
